Our refund policy

 

Online Website Purchases

’30 Day Ride ‘n’ Decide Guarantee’

If within 30 days, you find your ECIN product doesn’t suit your application we will refund you the item cost. Contact us within 30 days to let us know and we will happily refund your ECIN product. Follow the returns section below. This will blacklist you for future purchases on our site meaning any purchases made will not include a 30-day Guarantee. This is the site’s attempt to stop consumer re-engagement with our goods as it is established, they aren’t suited to the specific person.

If a product is ordered during Pre-Sale period, the 30-day guarantee will commence when order is dispatched from our warehouse. You will be notified when dispatched.

In Store Purchases, Phone Orders and Collect from Store

Important

Please note that we will not refund or exchange a product that has received damage that includes but is not limited to negligence, improper use, misuse, etc. Discretion of ECIN.

 

RETURNS

Our return policy

If you wish to return a product you must contact us, and we will inform the steps necessary to proceed.

All promotional prizes, gifts, etc included with the original product purchase must be returned.

All freight costs to return or exchange an item will be at the buyer’s expense.

All returns are to be sent with a Tracking Number (Supplied to ECIN).

Once we receive the return request, we will contact you and advise how to proceed.

Apart from a warranty return, once we receive the product/s, we will refund the product/s price listed on receipt (excluding freight) or exchange the product for a different model of similar value (customer to pay return freight). If you want to exchange the product for another product of greater value, we will issue you an invoice for the difference which you will need to pay prior to us sending you the new product.
